I know, I know, we didn't edit this site for around what, a century or so? Well, we're in action again! Just passing by to check out how the site's going. (Guess what? Our page views dropped to 11 per week!)

We know that there are many people who are afraid of large, gym balls flying into their faces. Pistachio, Almond, Acorn and possibly Coconut also have this phobia! Well, there wasn't a name for it before, and we called it Peopleplayingwithhardballsphobia. But Pistachio recently did some research on this phobia, and found out that the closest thing to this is sfairesphobia. Sfaires is ball in Greek.
Almond's birthday is arriving! And soon she'll be 12! That means she can take the lift! (Lucky stiff)
Anyway, we all wish her a: Happy Birthday! Pistachio got your present already. Yay! Our website just changed a lot again! Sorry, Almond, but I prefer Urban Rainbow better than Artsy. Hope you don't mind that I changed it! Besides, this theme also has many different colors, and Skyla was the one who typed the site title to make it more eye-catching! After all, her color is ice-blue, which suits the theme better than yellow.
We also added a poem page. But due to lack of ideas, we didn't help Macadamia and Hazelnut make their own. Oops! So we hope you can cooperate with us and let us off this time! Pistachio made her own website! The link is on the homepage, and it includes:
- A blog, so you can chat with her! - A page full of Pistachio's fave cartoon cat: Pusheen! - A list of the zines! - A brief summary of her typed-out stories! - Everything about us hair-curlers! - Other sites she recommends! Awesome? Go check it out! The library is closing down during December! And all the books will be moving to the lecture theater for safekeeping -- for the rest of the school year! The library will be having a huge renovation: they're making a second floor, which means the first floor will be damp and gloomy. I don't know why they can't take away the Reading Garden instead to put more books. And having the library in the lecture theater means that the Tchaikovskys have no where for house meeting! What will happen next?
Pistachio and Almond have typed-out novels of their own! Some are in their own computers, but one of Almond's is on the Internet! (Quotev name Silver Moon) We're proud to know two young authors, and let us introduce some of their stories:
By Pistachio: Middle School Mania Book 1: Green with Envy Warriors: The Prophecy Begins Ferrets of the Wild: The Drowning Sun Spearmint the Not-So-Successful Detective Cat (Pistachio is more of a cat-person) By Almond: Cold Fire Fantasy (Quotev) The Slime Trail (There may be more) Well, isn't that COOL? Maybe they can save their stories into your USB! Of course, ask for their permission first. Anyways, although most of the stories are currently unfinished, we hair-curlers wish them luck! Here you can put your comments to all the letters you received! Please write in this format:
Dear Hair-Curler, What you want to say Best wishes/Sincerely/Anything Else you Want to Put, Name Thanks! I'm looking forward to read your 'letters'! Well, one tenth of the school year pasts by quickly! Now we're on the second month: October!
October is the month of Halloween. And Halloween is a great topic for a new zine! So just wait for it, and we'll get it done soon! At last! A blog! I've been dreaming of this for ages. Super blogger Almond started during July or maybe even June! We're quite far behind, but we'll catch up soon!
Tell us about anything: problems, latest news, cute stuff etc! We'll be glad to hear about it! |
